Macon

Definition: (LAMB BACON) a meat prepared from sheep meat (mutton or lamb). Macon is prepared in a similar manner to bacon, with the meat being cured by soaking it in salt or brine.

Definition: Macon (refer previous paragraph) with a delicious twist, developed and crafted in Maryborough, Queensland, using a unique process and exclusively produced under licence for the Heritage City.
